Marist College

The college is located in Poughkeepsie about 15 miles north of Interstate 84 on the west side of Route 9. Turn left onto the southern entrance (first entrance from the south) of the college. Make the first left to the McCann Center. The pool is in the center on the first floor. Swimmers should enter the pool area through the locker rooms.

FROM INTERSTATE 84 EAST/WEST:  Take Rt. 84 to exit 4W (Route 17 West).  Route 17 West to exit 120.  At the end of ramp, make a left onto Route 211 West.  Stay in middle lane.  Go approximately 1-1/2 miles and turn left onto Wisner Avenue (Gas station on right before you turn.) Go to the first stop sign and turn left onto Gardner Avenue Ext. which goes into the school lower parking lot. The pool area entrance is in the corner of the building closest to the football field. As you enter that entrance, walk down the hall, turn left at the end of hallway. The pool area is to the right beyond the hallway bathrooms.

Rt 84 Across the Beacon Newburgh Bridge to exit 7 (follow signs to Stewart Airport) Rt #300 to the intersection of Rt 207.  Left at Rt207.  Union Ave.
is either the 2nd or third Traffic light.  You can make a left only onto Union ( county rd 69).  The YWCA is about 1/4 mile on your right.

Orange County Community College

Orange County Community College - 115 South St, Middletown, NY 10940

Take I-84 to exit 3W. At the end of the ramp, turn RIGHT (North) onto US-6 [SR-17M] which becomes Dolson Avenue for appx 1.4 milles. Turn LEFT onto Bennett St (there is a gas station on the corner) for 0.2 miles. At the end of Bennett St., turn left onto South Street. Go about 0.1 miles and turn right onto E. Conkling Ave. The Physical Education Building will be on your left. There is a parking lot on the left towards the end of E. Conkling Ave.

Pine Bush Pool

From the Newburgh Beacon Bridge. Take I-84 west to exit 8. At the end of the exit ramp make a right turn onto route 52 West. Stay on route 52 West for about 15 miles. You will travel through Walden and then Pine Bush. At the 2nd light in Pine Bush make a left turn onto Route 302 South. The High School is about 1/4 mile on the right. Enter at the first driveway you see. The pool is on the north end of the building (near the football field).

From the north or south take NYS Thruway (I-87) to exit 18. From Exit 18, turn left at the traffic light after toll booth. Turn left at the third traffic light onto South Manheim Boulevard (Rt. 32 South). Continue on Route 32 South to Southside Loop. Turn right onto Southside Loop and continue through the first stop sign to the end. Turn right onto South Rd. Pass the Athletic and Wellness Center on your left and turn left at the stop sign. Parking will be on the right. Enter through the main entrance of the Athletic and Wellness Center.

From Mid Hudson Bridge turn right onto Route 9W north. Proceed 2 3/4 miles to traffic light at intersection with Route 299. Turn left onto 299 and proceed approximately six miles to New Paltz. Turn left onto South Manheim Boulevard (Rt. 32 South). Continue on Route 32 South to Southside Loop. Turn right onto Southside Loop and continue through the first stop sign to the end. Turn right onto South Rd. Pass the Athletic and Wellness Center on your left and turn left at the stop sign. Parking will be on the right. Enter through the main entrance of the Athletic and Wellness Center.

Valley Central High School (Viking Aquatic Club)

From North/South

Take New York State Thruway (I-87) to exit 17 (Newburgh). Get off at exit 17 and proceed through toll booths to route 17K. Turn right at end of Thruway ramp onto route 17K west. Once on 17K, proceed about 6 miles to Valley Central High School on the left.  (1175 RT-17K Montgomery, NY 12549).

From East/West

Take I-84 to exit 5 (Maybrook). Get off at exit 5 and turn onto route 208 north. Proceed about 1.2 miles and turn left onto Route 17K West.  Once on 17K, proceed about 1.0 mile to Valley Central High School on the left.  (1175 RT-17K Montgomery, NY 12549).

West on Interstate 84, over the Newburgh Beacon Bridge to Thruway exit 7S (Union Ave. a.k.a. Route 300). Follow the signs to Stewart Airport, go straight to the end of route 300. You will come to a traffic light (Route 207), make a right turn. Go straight past the airport entrance. Travel for several miles. Watch for the Brotherhood Winery sign on the left (Toleman Road). Make that left, follow this road for several miles to the end. At the stop sign make a right. Go through the center of town, the school will come up on the right. The pool is on top of the hill behind the school.
